My Story

Hi, I’m Emma Crabb, Licensed Realtor in Wilmington, NC and agent at Intracoastal Realty. I am also a wife to my husband Hayden and mom to two toddler boys, two rescue dogs, and a cat named Flo!

I have been grateful to call Wilmington home for over 10 years after moving from Long Island, New York to attend UNCW in 2013 where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Marketing.

After graduating, I spent over 10 years working in marketing for consumer brands and digital start ups, which has served me well in my pivot into real estate.

Combined with my husband’s 20+ years working in luxury construction in both New Zealand and Wilmington, I bring a unique perspective on how spaces can serve different needs and people.

I have a deep love for the Wilmington community and am always excited to offer recommendations on my favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and workout studios.

When I’m not selling houses, you can find me sipping a latte at a local coffee shop, taking a Pilates class, or on her boat with my family.
